Return Policy:
All of our items are sold as clearance items at discounted prices. We do not offer refunds. We will exchange items within 7 days of receipt, providing that you contact us FIRST. We must issue you an RMA # prior to shipping the item back to us. All shipping charges associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is in the rare case where the incorrect item is sent. Exchanged items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects or abnormal smells.
If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept items at our discretion, or only issue a partial credit.
Shipping / handling charges are NEVER refundable / credited.
Payment Policy:

Payments: We must ask that the top bidder respond to the initial e-mail and complete checkout
within 3 days of end of auction. We accept US funds only from Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and PayPal. Personal Checks are
accepted from those with a 25 or better feedback rating (held for 10 days). All payments are due within 7 days of auction closing
date. If you are mailing payment, please insure timely arrival. If payment is received late and item is relisted or resold, credit
certificates will be issued. If payments are not received, your item will be re-sold upon the 7th day, and negative feedback will be
left for non-payment. We hate to have to do this, but there is an ever growing number of deadbeat bidders that leave us no choice in
the matter. It is a shame that a few spoil it for so many good people. Cancellations are not accepted for any reason. Your bid is a
legally binding contract to purchase per terms of sale, so please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. Bid Responsibly!
Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.

Shipping Policy:

International bidders need to contact us first for shipping/handling charges and taxes before
placing a bid.



Shipping/Handling: Buyer pays for shipping, see below for shipping costs (outside the US is
slightly higher), we will combine orders to save you on shipping (each additional item is usually about 50% of the listed shipping
cost depending on weight, size, etc.). Other shipping options available, insurance is optional, buyer pays additional shipping
charges. Purchases shipped to California are required by law to pay 8.25% sales tax. No local pickups available. International
winners must pay a 5% cross border transaction fee (will be added to shipping & handling). Items are usually shipped within 48-72
hours of payment received. Rush shipments available for an additional charge. Refunds will NOT be given if you opt against insurance
and the package is lost or damaged. UNINSURE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
